Wellness & Mental Health ERG

It is the mission of the CPower Wellness Tribe to promote the health and wellness of its employees through education and initiatives that support employees in making healthy choices with their work and home lives. Encourage habits of wellness, increase awareness of factors and resources contributing to wellbeing, inspire and empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health, and to support a sense of community. Includes an annual fitness challenge to get our participants on the right track to their fitness goals, together as a team.  Not to mention a great way to get excited about wellness while in a friendly competition.

Wellness Wednesday – Healthy tips are provided every week to our team members on habits that can promote dietary, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Movember – We participate in this annual event each November to raise awareness for men’s health. Our male team members grow out their beards and mustaches for friendly competition and support the Movember Foundation.

Step Challenge – This annual challenge is bound to get our participants on the right track to their fitness goals, together as a team. Not to mention a great way to get excited about wellness while in a friendly competition.
